I not only love them because of the tasty fruity flavour but they are just simple to make, very cheap, no stress, no hassle in the kitchen and no much time taken to prepare and make it. Besides they give lots of nutrients to the body.
There are various kind of fruits used in making smoothies; some you can get in our local market while some you can buy from malls that sell raw foods and fruits.
Fruits you can use for smoothies varies and it depends on what you want and what fruits you eat, still no fruit is a taboo in making smoothies!๐
Fruits like bananas, Apple, mango, pineapple, berries family, kale, avocado, cucumber, kiwi, and so many more but to mention few are used in making smoothies.
