Because,there are lots of health benefits of fruits, that we sometimes overrule but guess what?

I have come with a bountiful package of fruits goodness๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‰

Today, one of the fruits used in my favorite kinds of smoothies is BANANA! and below, I will write out the benefits and the recipe for my smoothie ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ˜‹


BANANA health benefits; Vitamin B6 from bananas is easily absorbed by your body and a medium-sized banana can provide about a quarter of your daily vitamin B6 needs.


1๏ธโƒฃ Banana also known for its sweetness, Is a good source of magnesium, and this nutrient helps with muscle contraction and relaxation and it also increases lean muscle mass. _(Don’t work out alone, eat a banana for your muscle.๐Ÿคช)_

2๏ธโƒฃ If you have ever been scared of losing muscles instead of fats during your work out, that’s because, you are not eating the right fruits. Banana helps the muscle to recover faster from a workout, strengthens the development of your muscles, and makes you work out more.

3๏ธโƒฃ Banana does not only provide for your muscles but it also contains 6% of a daily dose of vitamin B9 also known as folate, that helps fight depression! (I know where it got it “smile” shape from๐Ÿ˜Š)

Serotonin is an important brain chemical because it can act as an anti-depressant and can treat anxiety and insomnia as well as mood issues such as fatigue, irritability, agitation, anger, and aggression.

BANA-MILKY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
I banana | 1cup of strawberries | 1 cup milk | 1 cup of ice cubes (if your fruits are frozen, it is better but make sure they are fresh fruits).

How to: Put all ingredients in the blender and power high, blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass cup and add a strawberry for garnishing and enjoy this bliss๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜
