THE RICH ALSO CRY

“Baba agbalagba! E sha wa lowo yi. Owo wa lowo yin, e na wa lowo!” [“Boss of life! Twale! Money dey ya hand, drop something for the boys na!”]
The rowdies on BENSON Street start chanting their usual song as they see him drives down to his mansion. They hail and block his path. He stop and shakes his head at them in amusement with a small smile on his face as he pressed down on a button in his posh SUV to put down his window and pay them the attention they want in wads of mint notes.
BEN is the generous type of multi-billionaire with big and expensive designer agbada. Though he tried looking for a very secluded part of the rich men estate but still these boys always find their way to him, they seem to be everywhere.  He has even tried helping some of them but they seem to enjoy their rowdiness than hard work.
So all he does now is to throw money down to them and watch as they scamper to grab every worthy note. To him these boys can be useful when needed, so in this way he pays them in advance for any future emergencies.Â
Unfortunately, the constant fact that he couldn’t father a child with any of his numerous wives is baffling. Mind you, those women sometimes warm their way to his bed just for the money and he, in exchange for a son at least. But everything seems to be against him except his money
He drives into his big compound that looks like a garden park on the street of New York. He reach for his briefcase and turns off the engine of his black heavily tinted Rolls Royce. He sighs heavily for the millionth time in that day before he opens the door and throws one leg out. In this process, His phone went off ringing out his favorite song (🤓i know u want to know).
